Our clear top tent at Westover Plantation set the stage for a magical evening! Planning a totally outdoor wedding and reception can be so nerve racking, but with RentEquip I felt confident we could handle anything Mother Nature might provide! Thankfully, it was a picture perfect evening!!! From stunning tent, to farm tables, to chiavari chairs, to rustic bourbon bar to linens, RentEquip supplied a beautiful backdrop!! Don’t go anywhere else for rentals! Rent-E-Quip was the perfect choice for all our rental needs! They were incredibly responsive with our bazillion questions and emails throughout the entire wedding planning process. We met with Adam at the Rent-E-Quip office and he was truly a pleasure to work with and gave us a thorough tour of their facilities and all their available rental items. We worked with Warren at our venue site and he really helped us out with a lighting design and our tent lay-outs. We made numerous changes to our rentals request and floor plans but Rent-E-Quip was incredibly accommodating and were always there for us every step of the way! Love that they’re a family-run business, you can tell they truly care for their clients. The customer service is really impeccable and we loved the final "look" of our wedding - thank you SO much for everything!!! Rent-E-Quip saved our son’s rehearsal dinner. With less than a week to go before the event, the rental company with whom we had originally contracted fell through. Rent-E-Quip worked through the weekend to pull everything we needed together, including the owner coming out on Sunday to personally measure for the tents. They were able to provide everything we needed from two large tents with heaters to all the tables, linens and utensils. Everything they provided was in perfect condition and looked beautiful. They were professional and bent over backwards to help us in every way. From now on, they’re the only rental company I’ll use or recommend!
